When you click on a component from the Navigation Menu, you will be taken to the default list screen (List View) for the selected component. List View provides the ability to sort, Search, Edit, View, Add, and in some cases Import/Export and Print Options. 

The data displayed in List View varies from component to component.

In cases where there is a large amount of data (ex: Pitching Activity), the list screen will show a subset of critical data that will provide a less cluttered interface for searching, sorting, and selecting records for review and editing.

In cases where there is a small amount of data (ex: Genres codes), the list screen will show all data and processing can be done directly from the list, similar to using a spreadsheet. 

One of the most powerful functions in List View is the ability to sort data by clicking on column headings. 

Click on a column heading to to sort the list by that column,  in ascending order (represented by an arrow pointing up). Click the column heading a second time if you wish to sort by descending order (represented by an arrow pointing down).

Users can customize the columns displayed on the screen using show/hide columns.

Several of the more complex screens will allow users to customize which data they wish to see in List View. Access Show/hide columns by clicking on the drop down list at the far top right of the list screen. Select or unselect the columns to customize your view. These settings stay in effect for the user until they are changed.
