The Inline Add function is available on select screens in List View. This function allows you to add basic details for multiple new records directly to the list screen, similar to using a spreadsheet.

Example:

In the following example, we are adding multiple musical works to the Song Catalog by initializing several records at once with basic data. We will then go into each new record and Edit it to complete adding the remainder of the details for the musical work.

Initialize multiple musical works records directly on the list screen, by doing an Inline add followed by a Save all to add a new song names.

Next, select each new musical work individually for editing.

Lastly, type in the copyright details, splits, song classification, and other data to the initialized record, and then Save.
