The Search function provides the ability to search screen data for a text string that is entered into the search box. The Search function is available in List View.  


To initiate a Search in List View, type text into the search bar  in the upper right hand corner of the screen.  As you are typing, suggestions will appear in a pop up box based on matches to information on the list screen. You can either click on a suggestion or use what you type.





When you are ready to perform the search, click on the red search icon to redisplay the list screen with records that match the search criteria you entered..




The presence of an “X” next to the search box means search parameters are currently controlling the result set on the screen. To remove the search criteria, click on the “X” next to the search box at the top of the list screen. This will cancel the search and redisplay the screen with all records.
